Why is re-establishing a connection with ourselves so important?

Our body is a vehicle that we use to move through our environment. It is through play, curiosity and learning that we have arrived here today. We have all the tools required to thrive in this current climate, but, with so much information it is increasingly difficult to filter through to the best ones, and, how to use these to implement effective change.

I am a firm believer that health is attributed to many things:

On this platform you will be addressing everything mentioned above to establish and integrate a wholesome view of health and discover your inner COMPASS.

After countless years of experience with Psychology, Yoga, Nutrition, Disease, Inflammation of the body, Movement Therapy, Energy Healing and Massage Therapy, I have developed and designed this unique coaching tool.

What you'll get

All levels are welcome! All you need is yourself, an open heart, a mat and any additional props such as a block, strap (or even a blanket!)

  • Over 20 hours of on-demand content: Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness; from a 5 min breath practice to a 60 minute Yin Yoga journey.

  • Access to 4 live classes per week over Zoom (all times BST)

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher & Wellbeing Coach

A Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga Teacher (certified by Yoga Alliance RYT200 & RYT50) & Massage Therapist with a Masters in Psychology and specialisation and expertise in Nutrition, Dis-Ease, Inflammation of the body, Movement Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation & Energy Healing . Nina has spent over 10 years training under various yoga teachers in London, Dubai, Sydney & India. She has been blessed to delve into many different styles of Yoga broadening and deepening her knowledge about the theory and practice of Yoga. Nina incorporates her love for movement, flow and dance into her Yoga routines and believes strongly in practising Yoga on and off of the mat. She is devoted to guiding people through journeys of self-discovery and growth while addressing the importance of mental and physical wellbeing. Her ongoing vision and ultimate mission is to create a platform promoting healing, growth and self-exploration.
